hi,

is there anyway for me to view my previous sales detail?
something like a page that can view customer name, item order, sales comment, etc.

If you go to Reports / Sales and select Date Range: All Time you will get a Detailed Sales Report which shows

Sale ID (eg: Sale ID: POS 16)
Date (eg: 2010-05-11)
Items Purchased (number of items)
Sold By (employee name)
Sold To (customer name)
Subtotal (net of tax)
Total (including tax)
Tax (tax amount)
Profit (difference between cost price and unit price)
Payment Type (cash, check, debit card, credit card)
Comments (whatever was entered at time of sale)

It may not give everything you want on one screen but it is helpful.

If you click on a Sale ID it brings up the receipt on which the customer details can be seen. If there is a customer named Cash Sale that will be shown.

Other information can be seen in the MySQL database tables using phpMyAdmin.
